ITS FEBRUARY! – MAKE GOOD CHOICES
I always find January a bit of a daunting month with the kids going back to school, new routines, supposedly new health resolutions (WHATEVER!)
All the great ideas seem to get lost in the chaos.
BUT February is a great month to really get your life back on track.
So much has been going on and I wanted to put you in the loop as to what is happening in the Salter Pilates world!
The biggest excitement is the launch of SALTER PILATES Website www.salterpilates.com, I feel like I am stepping into a whole new world of Pilates.
It all started during Covid, as most of you know I went online. It has been such an incredible 2 years and the best part about it is I have been able to help so many more people out there, it’s just fantastic.
I now not only teach in the Salter Pilates studio in Nelspruit but teach live every morning from Monday to Friday from my virtual Pilates studio under my beautiful fig tree to people across South Africa! Most mornings I have a selection of clients from, Cape Town, Hazyview, Natal Midlands, Durban, Potchefstroom, Piet Retief and of course Nelspruit, its all super exciting!
With my new website I have been able to set up packages to help so many clients and patients of Neil’s (my chiropractic husband) as well as patients from Physio’s and G.P’s so that they can use the Pilates classes to help with injuries and strengthen themselves up.
I have really put a lot of effort into making sure my classes are user friendly, the movements are explained clearly and you as a client feel confident and safe doing the classes.
There is something from everyone from beginners Pilates, classes for pre-existing injuries and even advanced – feel the burn classes!
In addition to all of this I have an online shop selling all the necessary equipment for Pilates as well as my very own active wear range SALTY’S.
